  • I am passionate about health and fitness and love to see others succeed.

  • I love to lift weights but have also completed an Olympic distance triathlon and more recently Hyrox, so if  you have a cardio or endurance goal, I’ve got that covered too.

  • I want to use my knowledge, passion, qualifications and experience in the menopause space  to help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be.

  • For years I had tried various forms of exercise and it wasn’t until I used a Personal Trainer myself, who gave me some real structure, a plan that was in line with my goals and sessions that were fun, as well as challenging, that I saw the real progress start to happen.

  • I have quaifications in a  variety of training styles, that are all designed to help goals be achieved. Whatever your goal, I can help. All you need to do is commit to the challenge, work hard and enjoy the process of your journey.

Online Coaching and Weekly Check in

12 Weeks of Online Coaching, including weekly training plans, along with a checkin at the end of each week. Calorie and Protein targets in line with your goals. Nutirition suggestions to help you meet your goals. 24 hour support with a swift response.

From as little as £119 per month or and upfront payment of £300.

Stay Sane This Summer 1 Month Plan

Keep Yourself Sane and Moving this Sumer with my 1 Month Summer Group Programme.

3 x 20 min  bodyweight sessions each week (sent throuh my training aqpp) that you can do with your kids or on your own, as a bit of ' me time' the choice is yours.

 

Weekly step challenges (there will be prizes) and a BIG prize for the person who achieves the most overall movement across the month! :)
